Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Malachi 3:8

Ecclesiastes 10:18 By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through. 10:19A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things.

The finance department was reorganized with new appointed positions by Pastor Joshua Joy Dara during January 1999. These new changes were noted in Zion Hill's newsletter, February 1999, Volume 4 Issue 2. These changes were to insure better productivity and to help Zion comply with the law of the land concerning nonprofit organizations.

Summary of Changes

1. Internal Control (no one person will have dual roles in money matters)
2. No counting of money during Worship & Praise Service
3. Reconciliation of bank statements each month by the Accountant
